IN NOVEMBER OF 2005, VENTURE OTTO SA (PTY) LTD PURCHASED IRENCO (PTY)LTD AS PART OF THE COMPANY'S PLAN TO GROW BEYOND AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS INTO HOUSEHOLD, PACKAGING AND OTHER NICHE PLASTICS PRODUCT MANUFACTURING.

Irenco (Pty) Ltd, now trading as Venture Diversified Products has already invested more than R1m in plant improvements and can guarantee that products will be delivered on-time to exact customer specifications.
